This week on Yeah, About That we remember Hip Hop Legend Slow Pain who saddly passed away on Thursday, Sept. 3, 2020. Special Guest ALT joins us in the second half of the show to discuss how he met Slow Pain and some memories he had with him. Slow Pain started his career in the rap group Street Mentality back in 1992. Then in 1995 he relased his first solo album The Baby OG. In the late 90's Slow Pain helped form the rap supergroup G' Fellas which included Slow Pain, A.L.T. and Nino Brown. Through much of the early to mid 2000's Slow Pain ran his record label with the Old Town Gangsters and put out various artist. In 2008 Slow Pain retired from rap and released his last studio album The OG. Slow Pain went on to couching youth sports like high school baseball. Rest In Peace Slow Pain.
