Albert Richards on behalf of Powerhouse Company, an architectural design firm with branches all around the world discusses with our CEO Nathalie Mezza-García the design process of their recently sketched and developed floating facilities in Rotterdam. With the intention of contributing to the port zone where it sits redevelopment, the project houses a variety of functions that search to serve the different users' intentions. Offices, living spaces, restaurants among other social spaces make the architectural program of the building resilient and sustainable with the surroundings.
