This week we sit down with the 247Sports 2022 Recruiter of the Year and Texas A&M Assistant Head Coach Elijah Robinson as he details his blueprint to success. 

Robinson details recruiting insights and personal accounts from an all-state athlete in Camden, New Jersey. Current Ohio State Assistant HC Larry Johnson Sr and UCLA DC Brian Norwood making a robust recruiting pitch to get him to Penn State University to pursue his football dreams... quickly became a nightmare.  

After a career-ending injury, Coach Robinson leaned into his passion and began his grind to climb the coaching ranks. He spent time with academics, player development, and graduate assistant at Penn State before getting an on-field opportunity as a DL coach under Matt Rhule at Temple. 

During the interview, Coach Robinson gives a "Recruiting Masterclass" for the intricacies of the recruiting process and how to take full advantage of your approach. 

He quickly proved himself as a top-tier coach and recruiter. Elijah has been one of the nation's most sought-after coaches in the country.
