Geofencing?  Isn't that what my vendor does on all platforms? It's just targeting by a geography, right?  Nope, this advanced technology allows you to draw virtual fences around locations of interest (think: your competitors) and serve ads to people that enter that fence.  These fences aren't yo-momma's old ad technology where she targeted with a 1-mile radius.  This tech allows you to target down to 3 meters.  We're talking inside the Leasing Office vs just walking your dog on the sidewalk.  Wow, creepy.
