Dale Ziegler is a Senior Business Analyst at IBM, Salesforce MVP and co-leader of Kansas City Salesforce User Group with over 10 years of experience in Salesforce. 

After the events of 9/11, Dale made the decision to abandon the pursuit of a career in Journalism and look for a new path. Along his journey, Dale has had many major life events and crossroads that have led him to the success and happiness he now lives both professionally and personally.
