Damon is a part time Real Estate investor however, he acquired his real estate license in 2002 and was full time in real estate until 2012 before switching his full time focus to the nonprofit sector where he is currently the Development Director with the Lexington Leadership Foundation which does some great work.

Born and raised in Louisville, KY he received his degree from the University of Kentucky. He has been married to his beautiful bride Enid for 22 years  and together they have 3 awesome kids, Megan, Emily and Julia.
