There are currently 500K unfilled manufacturing roles in the U.S., with the average time to make a manufacturing hire taking 55 days and costing companies $28K. By 2030, there is expected to be 2.1M unfilled manufacturing positions.   

Open X courses take 45 days to complete, are 90% less expensive, and are sponsored by manufacturers who need the exact skills taught. This results in 5 day hiring windows for organizations that partner with Open X at half the cost.   

Open X is working with major companies like Northrop Grumman, Boeing, and Lockheed Martin, as well as the U.S. Air Force.
