Our Principal IP Consultant Charlie Draper was joined by Daniel Dib.

Daniel is a Senior Network Architect with expertise in routing, switching, and security. As well as a CCIE, CCDE, Cisco Champion, Cisco Learning Network VIP, and the winner of several awards at different forums. 

During the podcast, the pair discussed whether it is enough to just be a network engineer anymore and how skills such as automation and python are becoming crucial for the role. 

They also discussed whether there will still be a demand for network engineers in the future, or whether the development of automation will have the capabilities of completing the tasks of engineers.
