Thomas Henry with AdWeek wrote an article titled A 4-Step Roadmap to Help Brands Create a Marketing Plan for the ‘New Normal’.  He highlights four interesting areas, but as I was reading the article I didn’t feel the small business was being considered.  Today Phil and I will explore the four suggested roadmap waypoints Mr Henry references and introduce our small business slant.  At the end of this episode, you will be able to read the business climate for your industry and anticipate the new normal.
