Spooky season is upon us once again, so we return yet again to our annual dive into the Horror genre of manga. Yoshiki and Hikaru are best friends, living out in the boonies of the Japanese countryside. However, one week Hikaru went up into the mountains, and something came back wearing his skin. Now Yoshiki has to maintain his friendship with the Thing That Was Hikaru, because he's too consumed with grief to actually deal with his friend's passing. Also, this new Hikaru seems motivated to finally return his romantic advances... This week, Matt, Sam, and Jacob read and discuss The Summer Hikaru Died by Mokumokuren.
