With a strong portfolio spanning master planning, mixed-use developments, residential projects, and urban regeneration across the MENA region and beyond, TTZ Group brings a clear architectural vision shaped by both technical precision and cultural sensitivity. Under their leadership, the practice has grown to a 30+ person team consistently balancing design innovation with a deep respect for place and community.
