Episode 12 of the More Than Backpacking Podcast was a live podcast whilst hiking in Panama. I met Maya in our hostel through some friends and we went hiking together for a great day out. Hiking up to waterfalls or a viewpoint really is all about the journey there and the conversations, laughs & fun you have on the journey. Often with the people you’re with just like a lot of things! We had a great laugh and I recorded part of the introductory conversation I had with Maya. It’s only short but you can hear from our breath that we probably needed a break anyway!
