In 2014, local resident JT Wahlberg hit bottom with his drinking behaviours.  Emerging from a hospital, he was determined to make a change in his life.  He has not had a drink since that time and wrote about his experiences in a memoir called “I Forgot to Stay Sober” which is available as an audiobook or hard copy online and in bookstores.  In this episode, I chat with JT about what led to him changing his life, the response to the book and what the future holds for this South Mississauga author.
