Suffering and tragedy come.  That is part of life.  You cannot avoid it.  It's part of the puzzle. 

You can; however, deal with it a way that will get you through it faster, with joy, and be an inspiration to those around you.  Today, I talk about walking through tragedy with your head high and leaning on those around you.
