In this episode I talk about about summer vacation ending soon, making a parent cry, and earthquake preparedness.  

Trying to get back to the gym more before going back to work.  I prefer working out in the AM especially with summer heating up!

Getting ready for work made me think about the time I made a parent cry.  Not what I expected!

We had an earthquake and it made me realize how unprepared I was.
