Unfortunately, as developers, people stereotype you to be a money hungry, low quality builder who doesn't care about anyone else but yourself. Well frankly.... That's a complete misunderstanding and perception from people. As developers we put a lot on the line to create homes for people. We risk more than people know. We make sacrifices and decisions that we are forced to make sometimes just to get the homes built. This can cost money and time. Yes, there is money to be made in property developing but it comes with risks. After all... Risk and reward are alike. More risk involved the greater the reward, less risk, less reward.
