Today’s guest is Lon Wilkinson III. Born and raised in Alabama, Lon has been a professional dance instructor, coach and professional competitor for over 26 years. Teaching both children and adults the art of ballroom dancing.
In 2020 he joined with the MD Turbines Foundation to organize and host 3 consecutive fundraisers and multiple networking events to bring awareness and raise funds for Veterans with PTSD & TBI in efforts to combat Veteran suicide and help underprivileged children. 
Now serving as executive director for the AWOD foundation, he is committed to bringing the art and culture of ballroom dancing to youth, veterans and first responders. Buckle up!
