For the 4th industrial revolution? The FIRST Revolution used steam power to mechanize production. The SECOND Revolution used electric power to create mass production. The Third Revolution used electronics & IT to automate production. THE fourth WILL COMBINE cyber-physical systems, internet of things (IoT) & internet of systems (CPPS). With jobs being transformed by the 4th Industrial by 2030 more than 1 billion people will need to reskill.
