This conversation with Lindsay was such a surprise and you know I like surprises, this is what happens when you’r open to the unknown and allow things to unfold.  This is why I don’t script anything before I hit record.

Lindsay is so special to me, she is like a warm cup of cacao mixed in with the best music that you could dance to and her heart radiates love.  She shares an incredible story of her vision quest she went on - and what it was like to weather a storm literally and metaphorically.  Then the conversation flows into personal growth and how she realized she was her greatest obstacle.  But wait we just keep finding the gold as we go.  We came to this place where she was sharing how she was living her prayers - so good and we spontaneously say a prayer for everyone who listens.  Whatever your beliefs are around prayer - this one will sure to make you smile and maybe even bring a tear to your eye. I could go on and on, but you really just need to grab a tea or whatever your favourite beverage of choice is and soak all of this in.
