Adam Lyons is the Founder of The S.M.A.R.T. Blueprint. Adam is a serial entrepreneur who is currently running seven businesses.     How Adam’s Son Ended Up with Him Buying a Multimillion-Dollar Property

    His favorite project started when his son told him he can’t play his favorite Dungeons and Dragons game anymore because their local game store was closing down. Adam eventually acquired the struggling game store and using his S.M.A.R.T. Blueprint method, the store has now gone from earning $5,000 to $15,000 a month.

    Then he learned Elon Musk was building the new Tesla factory or office just outside Bastrop, Texas. So he looked for struggling commercial properties and put an offer on a property. So now, he ended up buying a giant brown building on the corner of the two biggest roads as you drive through Bastrop.

    If you are an expert, you would have an apprentice and the apprentice because the only way to learn is to do everything.
