A listener sent in a question asking: "What advice would you give for the second man - an assistant to the pastor?"  I am humbled and honored that someone would ask that question and I feel unworthy to answer.  Yet, for sake of answering the question, I give 14 bits of wisdom - advice - that I have learned in my time as the Assistant to the Pastor.  I pray they will be a blessing to you!
