It's vitally important when you are running a business to set personal goals for success.  A goal has to be 

1. Achievable

2. Measurable

3. Something you've never done before

This Christmas season, I'm shooting for a revenue goal that I've never been able to get to, ever!  This particular year however, I'm feeling very optimistic about this goal, and in this episode, I lay out the specific reasons that I think I'll be able to achieve this.
