Heather Lofink is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, where she also has a certificate in Sports Psychology.

She’s worked in both a clinical setting and private practice treating clients struggling with depression, anxiety, life changes, and relationship issues, as well as helping athletes with mental performance training through her business Mindbody Fusion.
