Today we are talking about listings. If you are a Realtor, you know that signing a listing isn't the easiest thing. It takes skills to be able to get people to let you sell their home! Annie talks about her listing appointment process, reading the room and sealing the deal. We discussed a class we took about teaching public speaking and reviewed the dos and don'ts of teaching. We also talked about finding old ideas in the "junk yard" and had a good laugh, discussed Annie's first time watching the podcast and dug into what our filler words are when we speak in public.
