As a leader, you need to understand who your customer is. The soundbites from the media and legacy politicians are WRONG. Those are not the issues people actually care about; for example, climate change. The real things that matter are kitchen table issues and pocketbook issues. All of these other wedge issues people push out are just plain wrong, while the real issues are still left unresolved.
