This is a small sample of the commonly used phrases that have been trademarked by unscrupulous sellers, who are attempting to "corner" the market demand for a popular phrase. The legal system is a popular club for some business owners, and it is a problem in the Print on Demand world.
In this episode, I talk about the difference between Trademark and Copyright, how it relates to your business, the types of things that you must avoid using on your products, and how to check for Trademarks on a phrase that you'd like to use.

That being said, I usually summarize my thoughts on this topic with the following advice: If someone else came up with an idea, and published it, don't use it! There are thousands of great ideas that are not Trademarked, so there is no need to "steal" the work of others.
