I know I’m not alone when I say I’ve been feeling a little stressed, overwhelmed, and anxious the last few weeks. I wanted to take this episode to to let you know you’re not alone if you share these feelings of overwhelm or fear, but also to encourage you. We don’t have to stay stuck in our fear or our worry. My hope is that this episode gives you a super simple exercise you can do when you feel the overwhelm building up.
