Gabriella Rosa has been running her business for almost 20 years

In the past 10 years she has run free online events that have helped educate more than 140 000 people across more than 100 countries. One of here events was for more than 12 000 people in a 12 day free online event – this cost $80 000 to put this event together and run online.

The reason that Gabriela is able to run her free events for so many people is because her business is financially successful.

If you have been listening to previous conversations you know that one of my favourite questions is “when did you feel your business was real?” and Gabrialla’s answer is completely different to any other we have heard – she said “Last week” and she goes on to explain what she means “As your business progresses you face different challenges”

In that moment the business is real and then it becomes unreal again

 

Gabriela is really honest about how she made the huge change from the entire business being in a physical location as well as relying on her individual effort – hours for dollars - and building something that was one to many

 

She did this in 2013 – closed her physical practice and took everything online

She speaks really honestly about the thinking process about choosing a niche and tells a truly helpful example of how she has landed where she is today in her business.

This is often the pathway to finding the people she works with and solves their number 1 issue
