Not enough families have access to technology in the home. Many new jobs and careers have been created within the last 20 years that folks are not even aware of. Daniel and I touched on if there is a need for more radical leaders. Developing meaningful relationships with community resources will allow companies to evaluate more options for talent. Daniel thinks we need to get back to building solid relationships and not rely on social media to communicate. Pick up the phone.
