n Sunday morning, January 26, 2020 the world lost a basketball icon, but an even greater man in Kobe Bryant, along with his daughter, GiGi, and seven others in a tragic helicopter accident. Although I was never a fan of Kobe the player, I struggled with my own heartache & loss trying to understand how one man’s death could deeply affect me and millions around the world. After reading countless articles and watching numerous videos to better understand Kobe the man, I think I get it now. In the process, I was delighted to find a fellow brother in Christ and a bit of hope for those struggling to understand “Why” this happened and “How” we can possibly move on. I think the key is in trying to understand the true meaning behind & the source of his “Mamba Mentality”.
