Today’s episode is from a speech I delivered for Toastmasters on leadership styles. I knew my style had changed over the years, but it wasn’t until I reflected on those specific moments in my life that I truly understood how and why those changes happened.
Change IS the only constant. However, it's not enough to simply acknowledge that change has occurred but take the time to actively reflect on the reasons for it.
It’s only through self-reflection that we can fully learn from our past and better understand our capacity to effectively adapt to new circumstances.
