When preparing for observations remember there are two types: 1. Informal Observations: Carry Out (unplanned, pop up visits) and 2. Formal Observations: Dine in (Pre-planned visits that usually require a lesson plan and a copy of the activity)

For both make sure you have a learning objective posted, anchor charts or diagrams, and learning outcomes.
