I’ve shared my story about being at the bottom of shit barrel and realizing that I had two choices: look down and drown or look up at all the possibilities that the universe held for me. It was on that day that I began my journey of self-improvement. For the next 3-years, I devoured as much content as I could to discover my true self, resolve past pain and discover my purpose.
