A one Star Review is the best thing that is ever happened to me, my business and my entrepreneurial efforts. The fact that the customer was willing to tell me honestly and openly what I wasn’t doing well, has been so beneficial. It hurt to hear, but upon reflection, I found some truth in what she was saying.
