Kate Dufty is a graphic design and marketing professional originally from the US' west coast. Now she calls Newcastle home and has been working with Earp Distilling Co since February 2023. As the Design & Marketing Manager, Kate is not only the brand steward for this long standing family business, but oversees all print and digital assets for the distillery's day to day.

Taylah Minchington

Taylah Minchington is a Key Account Manager at CCL Label Australia with a Bachelor of Media (Journalism) from the University of Adelaide. Taylah joined the label industry in 2019 and manages clients from the wine, spirits, beer and FMCG industries with a keen focus on sustainable packaging solutions.
