6 years postpartum, after having my two tiny humans making my way back to me, I realized that there are other mommas who are going through what I went through and hearing from someone who is on the other side may offer something. I know I would have loved to found something like this even a year ago! This place is where I share my wins and challenges of parenting, what worked to support me and my family as we all navigate(d) postpartum together.
