Shirley's Way was created to help those who are fighting cancer with everyday living expenses, as cancer doesn't just affect people physically and emotionally, but financially as well.
The founder of Shirley's Way heard stories of people losing everything because they were too sick to work, being burdened with piling bills while fighting for their lives; all the while losing his mother to her own battle.
He made a promise to his mom, Shirley, that he would do something different in offering support to those experiencing financial hardships brought on by cancer. This was the beginning of Shirley's Way.
