Everyone knows the three R's, Reduce,  Reuse, Recycle.  This episode, we're joined by two industry members who are active in YYC's Strategic Decommissioning world, which aims to reuse as many construction materials & fixtures as possible when space is vacated.  

Mark and James are passionate about the positive environmental, economic and social impacts that happen when industry members come together to connect the dots.  We talk about recent successes in YYC and the growing opportunity for landlords, tenants, business owners and non-profit organizations to not only divert significant amounts from the landfill, but positively impact our local communities and save money while doing it!  Mark and James share just what can be reused (hint:  it's a surprisingly long list) and share some stats from recent projects that will get you excited (hint: 90% landfill diversion!).
