On this episode of REal Chat, we found out that no one thinks we are a couple, more like brother and sister. Fits pretty well! We also welcomed our first guest in the studio, Jessi Fillingham. Jessi is one of our agents and was actually our 2024 Salesperson of the Year for our brokerage! She shared what she does to build her business, including pop-by gifts (the coolest one was girl scout cookies - genius!) Her secret is not to only drop them off but to stop and talk to them as well. Jessi also talks about that she learned about herself that she likes to work with owner-occupant clients more than investors and making that change helped her make the jump from a $3.5 million year to over $5 million. What a great change! This opened up a conversation about why you want/need a niche. Everyone shared the niche that would be best for them and realized that they are already working their niche.
