A man can’t lead his family until he first learns to lead himself.  When I first set out on my own journey of personal discovery within Warrior, it was certainly self-serving to a large degree.  Although I certainly went through some monumental changes, I could’ve never imagined the impact the experience would have on my family.  Joined by my daughter Gemma, we talk about how the practices of my daily routine have spilled over into the lives of everyone in our family and how you can implement the same strategies to connect with your kids.   Questions or comments?  Feel free to contact me at [email protected]
