She has been in the field of education for 15 years now! She is a certified general and special education teacher for students birth through sixth grade and a board-certified behavior analyst, licensed in New York State. She has experience as a K-2 self-contained teacher, and in addition, she has worked for a residential program, a not-for-profit learning agency, and an in-home private ABA company. Most recently She is a K-12 Behavior Specialist for a local district in Rochester, NY.  She is also the CEO and founder of DEFINE YOUniversity, an educational coaching company focused on training educators to define who they are so they can bring all of who they are into the classroom and into their life with confidence every day!
