Yulia Strokan is an International Communications Student at the Institute of International Relations (IIR), Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (KNU).

Yulia has been a Ballroom Dancer for 11 years, and she was an active participant of debate tournaments: she has attended a week-long Debate Academy in Slovakia.
