E1969: Soros Purchases 200 Radio Stations Before Election

Billionaire activist George Soros has been approved by the FCC to purchase Audacy, the second-largest U.S. radio station chain, owning 220 stations and reaching 165 million listeners monthly. The decision was passed by the three Democrats on the FCC against two Republicans. Soros, 93, had previously bought $400 million of Audacy's debt, becoming its largest shareholder after the company declared bankruptcy.
