Jen is the founder of Creative Groove and what Emilie Wapnick would call a multi-potentialite. I often joke that I’ve had nine professional lives, having worked in various capacities in entertainment, journalism, event planning, education, and as a solopreneur. The common threads that tie my eclectic career path together? Creativity and storytelling. I’m also a Diet Coke devotee, twin mama, and California girl-turned-Clevelander who’s passionate about helping others get their groove back…and I’m so glad you’re here!

Here’s how we define “creative groove:” a state of flow in which anything feels possible. Over time, it’s easy to become burnt out, disconnected, or just blah—thanks to the demands of the daily grind or a gradual misalignment with our values and goals. At Creative Groove, we serve as what Artist’s Way author Julia Cameron would call a “creative chiropractor” to help you get back in alignment and reignite your spark.
