Jeff & Harry welcome Lamont Breland, of the Breland Group, member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and past president of Kentucky Association of Realtors and GLAR Board of Directors. Lamont recalls his beginnings in real estate with managing multiple rental properties and continusously rolling his experiences into growth and opportunity. He notes insight he's gained through his assumed leadership posititions, as well as his efforts within the realm of Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
