Meet Melanie Richards. She is a collaboration strategist who specializes in business attraction, event success & igniting trust opportunities for inclusive organizations & teams who love to solve problems for all cultures, genders & generations.
Her love for puzzles & games led to building personal & professional skills to help others learn to earn & flourish in our fragile world. As an entrepreneur, she focused on unique gifts, incentives & event strategies for clients in over seventy industries. Excited to explore three coaching certifications while writing her first book, Brave Conversations about the Undiscussables, launching a beta course & hosting I’mPossible Live weekly on LinkedIn. It’s her mission to inspire others who want to move from Invisible to BVisible to I’mPossible to BProfitable without losing energy or valuable resources.
Mel and I discuss what it's like to get on the path of Human Design and what life is like as a Manifestor who discovers her power and takes the leap to step into that zone of genius. As you may or may not know, Manifestors are quite rare (only 9%) and they are the magnetic leaders of our society. However, many female Manifestors don't recognise their own strength as they have toned it down when they were little girls in order to fit in. Mel describes her own process beautifully and it's inspiring to hear the steps she took!
