This is part one of a two part series with my longtime friend and Certified Financial Planner Kelly Reddy-Heffner, CFP, CDFA, CSLP. She is a Lead Planner at Your Financial Pharmacist. Kelly and I have known each other since our college days as sorority sisters at the University of Pittsburgh. She was instrumental in working with me and my husband as we planned for our older son to head off to college. Her knowledge and expertise in the student loan debt arena is top-notched.
