E20: Interview with Rhys Veen

Rhys Veen is a Physiotherapist, Co-founder of the Emboddy Store and Chairperson for the Young People in Business initiative with the Bunbury Geographe Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In this episode with Rhys, we talk about giving things a go, showing up and maintaining consistency.

In our conversation we discussed some tips for young leaders that us 'not so young' leaders can also learn from. A key element that he raised was the power of support, mentorship and learning. Rhys discussed how this helps us in business and how the connections and relationships that we have with our loved ones can also assist us in maintaining a strong work/life balance.

Finding people to surround yourself that build you up brings about so many more rewards than listening to those who feel that your goals and dreams are impossible. Rhys also discussed movement and how that can be beneficial to us overall - 'Health is Wealth'.
