A Balancing Act
Jason views life as an equilateral triangle, where each side is made up of family & faith, work, and health, and that any time you pay less attention to one side, the triangle gets out of balance. And so, if you fail to balance it, there’s always one or two sides that are going to suffer.
You could be too focused on your leadership at work, being the first one in and the last man to leave, unaware that you’re already compromising your health or your time with your family, which will only eventually stunt your ability to grow your business.
When you have that balance in your life, everything else elevates. When you're healthier, you can spend more time with your family, and you have a clear headspace in leading your team. In other words, one area always impacts the other.
