E2.17:Run with Your Heart, Guest Brigid Turner
"Stay in a place of being grateful...To me that's the most important advice because if you are grateful for what you have, you will do more, you know?You will do more for others." ~ Brigid Turner, Ultra Marathoner, Film Maker, Educator ~ Hailing from Brooklyn, NY, raised by her Jamaican immigrant parents, Brigid is an avid runner. She has completed well over 150 races including 8+ Ultra Marathons, 45+ (you read that right) Half marathons, and 6+ marathons. Brigid is an actor, model, educator, entrepreneur and film maker. Brigid is writing, directing and producing a film entitled “Run Crew”. Run Crew is a a runners story. It's a story dramatic feature story that follows childhood friends who face challenges of street life. Brigid is inspired by seeing other thrive and succeed in all they do. She continues to inspire everyone around her as she continues a 365+ day run streak in honor her students who have not returned to class since the start of the COVID 19 pandemic in March of last year.
